What an amazingly concentrated Cab Sauv this is! Dark, brooding and rich. Wonderful tannins and fruit, in perfect balance with each other.
Ideal with Massaman curry, lamb chops, Korean BBQ or chargilled eggplant. Drinking beautifully now, but will benefit from further careful cellaring.
