VINTAGE 2014 is widely regarded as one of the best ever in the Hunter Valley, for both whites and reds. Wines from that year exhibit the most alluring aromas and exceptional depth of flavour. Their longevity is testament to the quality of fruit harvested in 2014.
Heritage Vines wines are made with grapes sourced from vines more than 100 years old.
Aged to perfection in the cool of our underground cellar, this wine is crisp and zesty, but beginning to show those famous 'buttery' characters you'd expect from an aged Chardonnay.
Ideal with chicken or pasta dishes, as well as cooked seafood with creamy sauces, such as lobster mornay. Drinking beautifully now, but will benefit from further careful cellaring.
