Aged to perfection in the cool of our underground cellar, this wine has complexity of aromas and flavours, with crisp, citrusy acidity still at the forefront, but beginning to mellow out and deliver that creamy mouthful sensation you'd expect from an aged Semillon. 

Ideal with fresh seafood, oysters, sashimi, prawns. Drinking beautifully now, but will benefit from further careful cellaring.
