Aged to perfection in the cool of our underground cellar, this Shiraz is smooth and delicious. Perfect balance of fruit, tannins and alcohol. Aromas of plums, dark cherries and pepper. A satisfying, long-lasting finish.
Ideal with rich meat dishes, chargrilled veggies or aged hard cheeses. Drinking beautifully now, but will benefit from further careful cellaring.
