Aged to perfection in the cool of our underground cellar, this Shiraz is powerful and bold. Aromas of plums, dark cherries and peppery spice, the flavours are full of depth and complexity, with a long-lasting finish.
Ideal with steak, Mongolian lamb or aged cheddar. Drinking beautifully now, but will benefit from many years of careful cellaring.
