This crisp & refreshing Rosé (from Shiraz grapes) is crafted in the classic Provence style. It bursts with strawberry and watermelon aromas. Delicate flavours of cherry and cranberry, perfectly balanced with gentle acidity and savoury hints of zesty citrus.

Ideal with smoked salmon, vegetarian dishes, grilled pork, Supreme Pizza, soft cheeses, charcuterie plates, Hummus dip and most fresh fruits. 

Our Reserve wines are made from hand-harvested grapes, specially selected and sourced from low-yielding vineyards located in the heart of the world-renowned Pokolbin district of the Hunter Valley.
