The fruit flavours of the Chardonnay grape have been complexed by barrel fermentation in new French Oak barriques. The resulting wine is not only rich in fruit flavours but also complexed with refined oak and yeast characters. This Chardonnay has an excellent balance of acid and fruit and although ideal for immediate drinking will continue to improve with 2 to 3 years bottle ageing |
